International Event Planning Since 2003

We also dedicated to International Event Planning both in Asia and US since 2003, including Singing/Music Concerts, Food and Cultural events, Trade Shows (the annual OTC and SEG events with thousands of visitors), Symposiums and local tours/travel arrangements including daily transportation etc.

We became more involved in the International Education since 2013. A team of members with solid training experiences in oil & gas companies and years of experience in local tours/travel arrangements including daily transportation.

JOANNA XIE

Founder and CEO

  • Certified IHG hotel management experience since 2010. 
  • IHG certifications obtained since 2011, from level 1 to level 5.
  • Been in the Director Of Sales and Assistant General Manager roles for a 243-all suites Crowne Plaza hotel at Houston, TX for consecutive 7 years. Successfully doubled the hotel revenue during the 1st year!
  • Extensive hotel transaction experience since 2016 till nowadays. Achieved 5 major transactions at $86 MM within the first 5 years. 
  • Over 14 years experience of HR management and HR trainings. Worked for global oil & gas company – SCHLUMBERGER and onsite supported over 1,300 employees for international steelmaking corporation EVRAZ and etc.
  • Currently involved in managing a few IHG, Hilton and Marriott limited and full-service hotels around Texas and Colorado.

LEVI SCOTT

COO

  • Over 20 years of experience as a General Contractor since 2004. Solid and proven achievement in construction and renovation for commercials and residentials. Accumulatively finished the construction projects at ~$9 MM.
  • Over 14 years of management experience in the construction and manufacturing industries, such as steelmaking manufacturer giant “EVRAZ” and hands on managed a team of +150 workers for 2 shifts daily. 
  • Specialized in scheduling the 24/7 operation for over 10 years.
  • Strong planning and management skills in both manufacturing and construction industries. Monitored a team of sub-contractors and local GC crews in Colorado State. 
  • Massive connections within the local Pueblo, Colorado Springs and Denver. Born and raised in Pueblo, Colorado.
